We are a UK-Based email marketing agency specialising in Klaviyo for the eCommerce industry.

We are seeking a dedicated Email Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Your Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Develop effective email marketing strategies for eCommerce clients using Klaviyo.

Campaign & Flow Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns and flows.

Performance Analysis and Optimisation: Conduct A/B tests, analyse campaign data, and make data-driven decisions for campaign improvement.

Exceptional Copywriting: Create compelling email content, subject lines, and visuals.

Full Understanding of Klaviyo: Proficiency in Klaviyo and its features, including list segmentation, email template creation, automation workflows, and reporting.

Great Communication Skills: You will be speaking directly with clients and other members of the team to go through strategy, design and implementation.

Requirements:

Proven Experience + Case Studies: At least 2 years of Klaviyo Email Marketing experience, along with a minimum of 1 year working in the eCommerce industry.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Klaviyo and its features, including list segmentation, email template creation, automation workflows, and reporting. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design and customisation. Ability to integrate Klaviyo with other e-commerce platforms.

Analytical and Creative Abilities: Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions. A creative mindset for developing engaging email content, subject lines, and visuals. Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Time Management and Independence: Ability to manage email marketing projects independently and meet deadlines. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time position.

The successful candidate will work directly with clients, plan email marketing strategies, write compelling copy, and utilise Klaviyo for campaign execution.

You'll be responsible for reporting campaign results to clients.
